ELEEO Project currently has two missionary families serving in Chikankata, Zambia – The Roberts & The Whitfields. Brent Roberts & Luke Whtifield originally met in 1995 while serving on a missions team to Kiserian, Kenya. While they didn’t communicate over the years, God saw fit to bring them back together. In 2007 (The Whitfields) & in 2008 (The Roberts) applied to the same missions agency (Action International Ministries) to serve on the same team (Action Zambia) in the same country (Zambia). It was during this time in Zambia that God birthed in their hearts a desire to reach the Tonga people of Chikankata with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through a new ministry called ELEEO Project.
ELEEO Project is a ministry of Commission to Every Nation (CTEN) that seeks for churches to be established & strengthened and for the needs of the poor to be met in areas where there is currently little or no access to the Gospel. The Roberts and Whitfields along with a small team of Zambian nationals try to accomplish this task through faith-based outreach, leadership training, church planting and development.
